5 HABITS of people lead to great skin

  HABIT 1 - Take a sleep of  7 - 8 hours. Don't go to bed late night regularly, try to sleep early. This habit can rejuvenate your skin deeply. HABIT 2 - Do a regular workout, workout doesn't mean gymming. You can walk on your terrace, do skipping, you can dance even you can do some household works. This habit makes you fit. HABIT 3 - Take a glass of warm water add 1 spoon of honey and squeeze one lemon(optional) and then drink it in the morning after workout. honey is having so many benefits it adds natural glow on your skin, also helps in weight loss if you follow a proper diet. HABIT 4 - Do CTM (cleansing, toning, moisturising) regularly. You can exfoliate thrice in a week with the  face and body scrub. HABIT 5 - Last but not the least use SPF everyday, it protect your skin from harmful rays of sun, even if you are in home use SPF 15-30 in day time you use kitchen and do some work heat of cooking can harm your skin.
